I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored, Transcendence Massage asks that you provide at least 24-hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without providing 24-hours advance notice you will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. If you fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged a fee of 100% of the scheduled service price. This fee must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
